Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues with precision and expertise.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on advanced repairs.
- ASE Master Certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to the automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
